Home Invasion:

1300 block of S. Main, 2-23-12:  Complainant reported an unknown suspect entered his unlocked home and stole a laptop computer.   12-3576

Unlawful Driving Away of an Automobile

400 block of Amelia, 2-27-12:  Complainant reported an unknown suspect stole her multi-colored 2002 Pontiac 4D from her garage.  12-3911

Malicious Damage to Property

4100 block of Auburn, 2-29-12:  Complainant reported an unknown suspect smashed the rear window of his vehicle.  The suspect was driving a yellow Ford Escape with a partial plate of “BDD”.  12-3968

500 block of N. Center, 3-1-12:  Complainant reported an unknown suspect slashed two of her vehicle tires.  12-4024

Larceny

300 block of W. Sixth St, 2-24-12:  Complainant reported an unknown suspect stole his bicycle while it was locked in front of his residence.   12-3579

3100 block of N. Connecticut, 2-25-12:  Complainant reported an unknown suspect stole a FedEx package from his front porch.  12-3759

Larceny from Automobile

500 block of Orchard View, 2-23-12:  Complainant reported an unknown suspect entered her unlocked vehicle and stole an MP3 player.   12-3607

200 block of Linden, 2-23-12:  Complainant reported an unknown suspect entered her unlocked vehicle and stole two IPods and a portable GPS unit.   12-3621

LA Fitness, 25352 Woodward, 2-23-12:  Complainant reported an unknown suspect broke her passenger window and entered her vehicle. Nothing was reported missing.    12-3631

Sixth Street and West Street, 2-23-12:  Complainant reported an unknown suspect stole the spare tire off of the rear tailgate of her 2007 Jeep Liberty.   12-3636

Sixth Street and Main Street, 2-23-12:  Complainant reported an unknown suspect stole the spare tire off of the rear tailgate of his 2008 GMC Hummer.   12-3644

1400 block of Donald, 2-24-12:  Royal Oak officers responded to report of a Larceny from Automobile in progress. Officers searched the area and found  the suspect walking a few blocks away. Suspect was in possession of stolen items from the vehicle. He was arrested for Possession of Stolen Property.   12-3650 

1100 block of Bauman, 2-24-12:  Complainant reported a suspect broke into his vehicle and stole an IPod. Royal Oak officers arrested the suspect while investigating another Larceny from Automobile in the area. (see 12-3650)   12-3657

Third Street and Williams Street, 2-29-12:  Complainant reported an unknown suspect stole a tire and rim from his 2009 Jeep.  12-4023

Other Incidents:

700 block of N. Main, 2-23-12:  Complainant reported an unknown suspect shot his front glass door with a BB gun.   12-3580

William Beaumont Hospital, 3601 W. Thirteen Mile, 2-23-12:  Royal Oak officers responded to the hospital when security identified a patient who came into the hospital with a bag full of stolen property. Officers confirmed that the property was stolen out of Huntington Woods. The suspect was arrested for Possession of Stolen Property.

Seville Motel, 28300 Woodward Avenue, 2-27-12:  During Royal Oak officer’s routine motel checks, they located a suspect with warrants inside a room.  Additionally, both occupants were in possession of Chrystal Meth.  The suspects were arrested for Possession of Control Substance and one was charged with Felony Warrants.  12-3863

Woodward Avenue and Ten Mile, 2-25-12:  Royal Oak officers observed a hand to hand purchase of marijuana.  The three suspects were identified and arrested.  Two suspects were arrested for Possession of Marijuana while the third suspect was arrested for Possession with Intent to Deliver Marijuana and Misdemeanor Warrants.  12-3774

Eleven Mile and Rembrandt, 2-27-12:  Royal Oak officers stopped a suspicious vehicle and discovered the driver had placed marijuana in their infant child’s diaper bag.  The driver also had several outstanding warrants.  The driver was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Misdemeanor warrant.  12-3871

Meijer’s, 5150 Coolidge, 2-28-12:  Complainant reported an employee stole previously redeemed coupons and reused them.  The suspect was arrested for Larceny.  12-3964
