A meeting of the WROK Committee was held on Tuesday, March 18, 2008, in room # 6 at the Mahany Meininger Center .  The Meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m.

Commissioner Ginotti gave the Invocation. Everyone present gave the Pledge of Allegiance.

This first meeting of the Committee was intended as an introductory meeting.  Richard Wilson introduced the new members of the Committee, Ms. Hayshi, and Mr. Moore.  He then proceeded to give the members present an overview of WROK.

He further explained that he is working with Don Johnson and the RO Finance Department to prepare WROK's budget for presentation to the ROCC at the upcoming budget hearings.

At the Committee member’s request, he will provide updates to the Committee as the proposed budget evolves.

The next meeting was set April 15, 2008 at 7:00 P.M. at the Mahany Meininger Center .

The Regular Meeting was adjourned at 8:00 P.M.
