The 44th District Court handles all traffic and parking tickets in Royal Oak

Traffic Tickets:
Credit card payments can be made online via the internet at: https://payments.clemis.org/clmcitationpay     You need your LAST NAME as it appears on the ticket AND ticket number OR driver's license number

Parking Tickets:
Credit card payments can be made online via the internet at Government Payment Services, Inc or by calling 1-888-604-7888. You will need to provide the following:

• The 44th District Court 4-digit Pay Location Code # (3031)
• Your ticket or case number
• The amount owed

For information regarding your ticket/case/citation number and amount owed, call (248)246-3600 during office hours, 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., Monday through Friday.

The City Treasurer's Office handles all Tax Bills and Payments for the City

Tax Bill Payment Options: VISA, Master Card or Electronic Check

The Treasurer’s Office now accepts payments for Royal Oak tax bills via the internet or by telephone. This service is provided by Oakland County to assist the City of Royal Oak in accepting tax payments.

Information you will need to know when using the payment system

• Your Parcel ID or your property address
• City of Royal Oak
• "Winter" or "Summer" tax bill
• An "Enhanced Access Fee" of up to 2.75% of the total payment will be charged for credit card payments. A flat rate fee will be charged when using the electronic check payment option.

Credit Card and Electronic Check Payment of Water Bills

You can now pay your water bill with your credit card or electronic check over the telephone or on the Internet.

To make a payment over the phone, simply call Official Payments Corp. toll free at 1.800.272.9829 and follow the instructions for a utility payment. You will be prompted to enter a Jurisdiction Code, which is 7077.

To pay by credit card over the internet, simply go to www.officialpayments.com

You will be informed of the convenience fee, which will be based on the amount you are paying. You will be given a confirmation number, which you should keep for your records. Your payment will be posted on the next business day.
