The DDA is seeking qualified purchasers to formulate, prepare & submit
proposals for the spring / summer 2014 development of property it owns in the
southern portion of the City.

Projects intended to include the purchaser's own use are preferred. 
Proposals that constitute land banking for future development will not be
considered.

Deadline: 12:00 pm (Noon) Friday, May 31, 2013
