Site Plan Review
Site Plan Review for Development Right-of-way, Drainage and Paving
When required by City Code, City of Royal Oak Commission, Plan Commission, Zoning Board or City Engineer, a detailed engineered site plan shall be submitted directly to the City Engineer for review and approval. Plans shall be in conformance with requirements outlined in the City of Royal Oak Site Plan Design Standards. The application and guidelines for the plan review are listed on the Site Plan Review Application.
The Engineering Site Plan Review fees are listed on the fee schedule which is updated annually.
