Parking Pull-Off
Review and Agreement
It is unlawful to park vehicles on City Right-of-way property between the front property line and the edge of the traveled roadway unless an agreement has been approved for the property in question.
A completed Parking Pull-off Agreement Application shall be submitted and approved by the City Commission prior to submitting for a permit. Provide one original copy of the required plans for constructing the desired pull-off area. Example plans for constructing Parking Pull-offs are part of the permit application.
