Holiday Magic Parade
Downtown Royal Oak invites families to the 13th Annual Holiday Magic Parade on Sunday, Nov. 23 at 2 p.m. The parade starts at Lincoln and Washington and heads north on Washington to Fourth Street where it heads west and ends at Lafayette.
This Downtown Royal Oak parade will once again kick off the holiday season by showcasing over 80 parade units including marching bands, floats from the Parade Company, circus performers, dance troupes and more!
This year, new, unwrapped toys will be collected along the parade route or at the parade Main Stage again, and will be donated to the Boys & Girls Clubs of South Oakland County’s Holiday Basket Program helping close to 1,000 people during the holiday season. Toys will also be collected before the parade at the Boys & Girls Club 1545 E. Lincoln, Royal Oak.
After the parade, there will be visits with Santa and Mrs. Claus from 3-5 p.m. Be sure to bring your camera to capture the fun!
