Strategic Planning

Top City officials and key department heads engage in an annual strategic planning session to discuss the future of the City of Royal Oak. Updating the strategic plan of action and evaluating the progress and success of the plan is always a top priority.

The approach and focus of the session is to review, update and endorse a clearly defined mission and vision statement, and to update the established goals and objectives for the following core areas;
